In this session, we identify the real goals of witness preparation and how emotional pitfalls, if not addressed, can impede effective witness testimony. Utilizing innovative steps to teach strategic thinking, we demonstrate how witnesses can learn to speak their whole truth to defend their case. Considering today’s virtual world, we will also show how these techniques prove just as effective when learned through videoconference preparation versus in-person preparation.

Mr. Basurto has attained an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest level of professional excellence. Ms. Greenwood has served as the Managing Partner of Munson, Rowlett, Moore & Boone, P.A. in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has been a MidSouth Super Lawyer every year since 2013, and in 2018, was honored as one of The Best Lawyers in America.
