Ideally, this presentation, will provide Risk Managers and Program leaders with hands-on guidance to enhance, motivate and lead the EOC Managers, Sub-Committee leaders and Committees. The presentation is designed to help Risk Managers lead the EOC Program through constructive, supportive guidance. The constructive leadership, will help identify previously unknown organizational risks. The Risk Managers, will also be provided specific tools for not only developing performance based programs and Committees but preparing the programs for presentation to organizational leadership, accrediting organization or othe program reviews or audits.
