The Risk Coordinator is a vital member of the risk management team. Duties include entirely managing the process of adding, deleting, and updating new users to the event reporting electronic platform. The Risk Coordinator is also an application administrator for the electronic policy information platform. In addition, the Risk Coordinator manages the legal preservation and impound notification process as well as assists the Director with gathering information and preparing reports.
The Risk Coordinator reports to the Corporate Director of Risk. The Risk Management Department oversees the risk program for three acute care hospitals and a medical office group all located in the San Gabriel Valley. The Risk Coordinator is stationed in the West Covina office.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in health care, will be well organized, have exceptional communication and customer service skills. The candidate needs to be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and must thrive in a fast paced environment. This position offers a lot of variety and has growth and development potential.
