Our prestigious and award-winning acute care health system client is seeking a quality-focused leader of Risk Management and Patient Safety.
Our health system client seeks a Director of Risk Management to join their team and accomplish objectives through influence, building trust, and relationships with all levels (staff, peers, and physicians).
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities.
Work closely with department directors and the executive team to implement corporate and facility risk reduction strategies.

Experience in Risk Management and leadership
A strong acute care hospital background in California
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred
RN and legal background preferred
