Discuss why abuse allegations need to be timely investigated. Ensure abuse allegations are timely escalated within the Chain of Command, including Administration. Reinforce that Risk Management needs to be notified ASAP. Support Leadership working with HR to determine if the involved staff should be placed on Administrative leave, pending completion of an investigation. She obtained her CPHRM certification in May 2001 and earned the FASHRM designation in 2006. Eva’s involvement extends as a Board member with WHCRMS, SCAHRM, and AZSHRM.
