Mr. Geragos will explore the criminal negligence charges brought against Nurse RaDonda. This session will discuss precautionary steps that Risk Managers, nursing staff, and insurers can undertake to avoid such charges against nursing staff. The session will also provide information about the elements of the relevant Penal Code Section(s) on criminal negligence in CA. In addition, Mr. Geragos will discuss available defenses and defense strategies.
