SCAHRM Speaker Proposal Application 2025

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: DECEMBER 14, 2024

Thank you for your interest in presenting at SCAHRM’s 44th Annual Educational Conference!

  1. Speaker proposals must be submitted no later than December 14, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PT.
  2. SCAHRM’s 44th Annual Educational Conference will be held May 7-9, 2024, at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, California.
  3. SCAHRM will provide free registration and one night’s hotel for up to 2 speakers per accepted proposal. If there are more than 2 speakers (e.g., 4-person panel), it is up to the speakers to determine who receives those benefits.
  4. Speakers will be notified by email of the outcome of their submission on or before January 31, 2025. For proposals with more than one speaker, notice will be sent to the speaker submitting the application.
