Responsible for directing and managing patient safety and clinical risk management programs within an acute care hospital setting. Requires 3–5 years of recent experience in clinical risk management, with demonstrated expertise in conducting detailed clinical chart reviews and leading root cause analyses. Ensures compliance with all applicable California regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards and guidelines.
Must possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to identify risk trends, implement mitigation strategies, and promote a culture of safety.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
Recent clinical risk management experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Proven experience managing patient safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
