She is a former complex litigation research analyst with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a master’s degree in Medical Anthropology. \n \nWebinar Summary:\nIncreasing litigation\, legislation\, insurance demands\, and accreditation standards provide ongoing reminders of the frameworks needed to address sexual misconduct. Amid watershed events\, healthcare providers have been refining an ever-growing list of prevention to-dos for some time\, but with mixed success. Armed with a list of prevention goals\, providers often struggle to get any real traction with these efforts. \nBut what if we reflect on the connection between these struggles and the links to patient safety? Join Praesidium for a discussion on how these reflections may create a path forward from system-level liability for disruptive behavior and physician sexual misconduct to navigate sexual misconduct as a system-wide patient safety issue.
